The Grichan Partnership is the leading Executive Search Consultancy for large corporates, SMEs, Charities and Public Sector clients throughout the UK and Internationally. Most of the clients we work with have elements of security, risk, business outsourcing, defence, facilities, technology, manufacturing or all of the above combined together.

We are specialist at recruiting Senior Managers and Director level candidates, with commensurate salaries.  All our candidates are hand-picked, either from our enviable network of global contacts or as a result of focussed research and are contacted in person; Our market mapping capabilities regularly delight our customers.

A Little History

The Grichan Partnership was founded in 2007 by Richard Hewitt and Ralph English following successful global careers in industry.  In these careers we had procured services from some of the world’s leading Executive Search companies and we were routinely disappointed with the service and results seen.

The Grichan Partnership was set up to overcome these shortcomings and we now serve and have developed trusted relationships with some of the biggest companies around the globe.

Today, we are staffed by highly experienced, senior business executives who have joined the company from careers in the industries and companies to whom we now provide services.  Our consultants not only understand your challenges but have in many circumstances personally experienced and solved them.

6-week turnaround

Our executive search systems and processes mean  you can expect a short-list of  candidates in 6 weeks. This is unique in the industry as most Executive Search companies do this in around three months.

Consultative and Responsive Service

Once we have taken a candidate brief, our research team will start the search.

All of our candidates are hand-picked, spoken with and interviewed face-to-face by us. We will then create a detailed report for each candidate that we will discuss with you personally - we can also help you to interview your candidates.

Our team are not just out of University – they all have many years’ experience in business and are able to talk to you as a client on your level and understand your business needs.

Guaranteed Delivery

In all the years we have been in business, we can count on half a hand the number of times we have not filled a role at the first attempt, but of course should it happen we won’t give up!  We will go back to basics, making sure we’ve got the brief right for you and  start again and continue until we get  you the right person.

International and Geographical

We have completed assignments across the globe, in some very austere environments that our competition do not cover.  We can arrange to meet with you anywhere in the world to discuss your requirements.

Transparent Billing

We operate a transparent billing system so you will know what you’ll pay and we will not add minor expenses. If of course, you’d like us to meet you overseas for instance; we may have to discuss costs, but whatever we decide you will be able to see exactly what you are paying for.
